Oh my goodnessis God great or what? This is the 3rd year a row that we started the morning with rain then the sky cleared up and we had just a georgous day. Due to the rain we got started just a bit late but It was ok because as always God really showed up.
We were able to witness to and feed over 3,000 people through out the day. This year we were able to add a second stage for childrens ministries with puppet shows and the gospel. Also the new teen tent was a great hit with our teenaged guests. Girls were able to get their nails done while being witnessed to.
God was at work in all areas at that beach and in the close neighborhoods that day. We opened up with me finally giving in to the Lord and getting up on the stage and telling my story and the story of how M.A.D. in the streets came to be. God has been trying to get me to tell my story but since I hate public speaking and, not to mention I am very bad at it. :) He has been preparing me for it this year putting me in many possitions where  not only did I have to speak but also preach.  What a blessing it is to just give in and let Him lead. God is great.
Our New SHALOM minister and lead speaker Dan Jelinek did a fabulous job speaking Last year we had fellow SHALOM leader Tony Vento but he was unable to attend this year due to a family reunion. This was the first time I was blessed to hear Dan preach and I can only say what an awesome heart for the Lord and for the lost. With the help of the Holy spirit we were able to lead 141 people to Christ. This year it was the first time we had baptisms as well. after accepting Christ as their savior 5 people stepped up and said they wanted to be given a believers baptism in Lake Michigan. I was belssed to be able to do 4 of them.
Just as I thought God couldn't have showed up any more than He did He lets us witness His healing power. Several times through out the day we got to spend some time getting to knowa handicapped man in an electric wheel chair. As the day went into the evening someone brought my attention to this man face down on the ground praying. I and others came to him, layed hands on him and began to pray for him. After about fifteen minutes of this he acted like he wanted to get up so we began to help him into his chair but he told us he wanted to GET UP. As we held onto him he came to his feet. Then he commenced to take step after step until he had walked about 15 feet. At this point we all were so amazed that we and he bagan to praise the Lord. He then turned around and walked back to his chair with no help from us. Our hands were only by him unless he began to fall. On arrival to his chair he began to unlock the wheels on his chair and pushed it 10 feet.
Our good and gracious God showed every single person there that He is real and can and will make His presence known. What a great God we serve. Many lives were touched on August 20th 2011 at North Beach in Racine Wisconsin, and now after the 3rd year of serving Racine almost 350 new names have been added to the book of life. Praise God

Today I met with the staff of Youth For Christ and what a wonderful group of people and a very blessed ministry. I am pleased to announce that YFC will be attending our outreach next month. They have very dilligently ministering to the youth in Racine and Kenosha, going right in to the schools where they are.
Along with YFC we are also blessed to add The Journey, and Faith Community Church to our growing list of supporting churches. The area we were kind of weak in last year was having enough local churches that we can refer new believers to in order for them to grow with the help of a good church home.

For two years now we have helped lead hundreds of people to Christ and this year on August 20th once again we plan to continue doing so. God has blessed us with His love for the lost and the opportunity to intruduce those that don't know Him to His love and His son Jesus Christ. We are working daily to expand our connections to local churches in Racineand the surrounding areas. Each year our ability to bring Gods word to the people of Racine becomes greater and 2011 is no exception.

In 2010 with the help of over 100 servants we were blessed to serve over 3000 of Racines finest people and lead them to Christ. This year we are praying for even more.
Thanks to Shalom Ministries, Everlasting Mercy Fellowship and Harvest Community Church we were able to supply free Hamburgers, hot dogs and watermelon. Not to mention the face painting and the bounce house, both of which were huge hits.
We were also blessed to have Jeff Cavaiani, Frank Grecco, Miguel Torres, and Wade (sorry, not sure of his last name) to work the "salvation Booth". They alone were responsible for leading several of the 198 people to Jesus.
Loren Sanders was also there representing 20/20 Ministries talking to people about Jesus and giving out bibles and Cd's of Jon Pipers sermons.
All were instrumental in our mission that day which was to introduce the people of Racine to the Lord using preaching, music, dramas, face painting, games and let us not forget the fantastic food. Thank you all for coming out and look out for us to do it again. God bless all of you.
